IqOrg holds sensitive organisational knowledge on behalf of our customers. This summary explains how we handle information. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.
Information we hold
We process the organisational information our customers provide — including roles, processes, documents and knowledge — strictly to deliver the IqOrg platform to that customer.
How information is used
Customer organisational data is used only to operate the customer's own digital twin. We do not use customer knowledge to train public models.
Access and permissions
Access is governed by role-based controls and permissions configured by each customer. Activity is recorded in audit logs.
Retention
Customers control retention settings for their data. Information is removed in line with those settings and contractual terms.
Security
We apply access control, permissioned ingestion and human-approved knowledge updates. Formal certifications including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are planned.
