These terms summarise the basis on which the IqOrg platform and website are provided. Full contractual terms are agreed with each customer.
Use of the platform
IqOrg is provided to organisations under a commercial agreement. Access is limited to authorised users within the customer organisation.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of the organisational information they provide. IqOrg processes that information solely to deliver the service.
Acceptable use
The platform must be used lawfully and in line with the permissions and controls configured by the customer.
Availability
We work to provide a reliable service. Specific service levels are set out in customer agreements.
Changes
We may update these terms and the website from time to time. Material changes affecting customers are communicated directly.
